The Frogmill Andoversford, Cheltenham

So, the next venue that I want to talk about with regards to wedding photography is the Frogmill. Honestly, I could totally understand why you might be confused at first glance, because this looks like a restaurant, and for the most part it is. However, they also have a lot of weddings take place on the property, and it’s not difficult to see why. This is a stunning venue with plenty of opportunities for taking great photos.

A Full Service

The first thing that you will notice about this venue is that they provide you with a wedding planner to help you work out. All of the details involved in your big day. For a lot of people, this is just amazing, because trying to plan a wedding can be really stressful, so it’s completely understandable that you wouldn’t want to do it yourself.

There is also an absolutely amazing venue for the wedding itself. It has a high, vaulted ceiling and decadence which is heavily inspired by French styles. I have personally shot more than a few weddings in this location, and I can tell you that it really does create some picturesque photos when you combine all of the elements together.

Furthermore, you get exclusive access to use of the room and surrounding areas from 9 am in the morning until midnight. There is also access to 9 amazing bedrooms on the night of the wedding, including the bridal suite for the bride. The outside areas can be customised to suit your needs, and there is probably capacity for about 150 people.

Well Worth a Look!

This is a great wedding venue for a lot of reasons. I’ve had the privilege of shooting weddings there on more than one occasion, and something I don’t want to make particularly clear it’s just how inclusive the area is. It’s disability friendly, you can have dogs there, and there is free Wi-Fi. It’s a very modern venue, and this works really well for a lot of weddings, because there’s a lot of natural light, and wedding photos always come out looking good.

There are different packages to suit everybody’s needs, and different spaces available for the wedding, so it’s pretty easy to find what works for your wedding. If you’d rather have a smaller, more intimate gathering, this is possible.

Obviously, one thing that you’re going to have access to, regardless of which package you pick, is the amazing food. All of the food is prepared on site and sourced from local suppliers, and everything tastes great. The food that you serve can make a big difference to your wedding, so it’s nice when the venue has such an impressive catering team available.
